Una maravilla de paleta de colores enla hoja que atrae poderosamente nuestra mirada! Esferas luminosas en color naranja aqui y alla de la composición. Especialmente poética! Best regards, Adela

What a great leaf too! I love the polka dot effect as it were..This is a great concentratedimage..at first before I looked at the leaves and fruit I thought they might be Apricots, the color looked very close, but then I realized they were persimmons! When we lived in San Diego, we had a neighbor who gre persimmon trees and I made the mistake of trying one before it was ripened fully....that was an interesting adventure...took me hours to get my mouth back to normal...my wife loved it (my predicament, not the persimmon ;-)

@Denny Jump Photo: Ah, yes that would be an unforgettable taste for sure -- and just the sort of thing a wife would love to remember from time to time. Remember that time when you .... Yes, yes, very funny.

@Howard F.: Please do! I think they are an extraordinarily beautiful fruit, especially on the tree.
A gorgeous composition.

I favour these trees when there are no leaves left and just the fruit hanging there...in loneliness...that is my idea of [sabishii Nihon fukei].......

@Japanalia: Yes, that is a beautiful sight, I agree. Around Iwakura, however, our crows seem to have no aesthetic appreciation, because they carry off the fruits before the leaves have all left.
Lovely colors of leaves. Wonderful shot.
