This shot is beautiful at many levels. First the overall symmetry of the whole structure is evident. Then on closer inspection all those tiny details can be seen which are perfectly regular too. Lovely composition!

The Kanji makes some sense but I think it has a slight different meaning in Japanese. I like how the characters are written in green, something I don't see a lot in Chinese temples. Nice symmetrical shot.

I love the way you've framed this. I'm quite familiar with this place. I took a couple of night shots here when it was lit up back in 2007.
