A break for you, loyal viewer, from temples, shrines, wood, stone, shadow ....
I really like the mixed media in this photo, it makes it very interesting.

Wonderful mood... intriguing yet beautifully calm and peaceful! Interesting interactions between the advertisments and the real life. Love this everyday scene just as much as pics of temples.:-)

@hugo poon: Glad you liked it. Actually I had you in mind when I took this shot, but I was afraid to make that confession for fear that my image would suffer quite badly in the comparison.
This is a lovely setting for a shot. Very good.

Another diversion from your normal postings, but one that you can tell you identified with when shooting. As the artist, you present the canvas for others to view and interpret. Hugo was on your same wavelength as I also saw the scene. Very nice composition.

I love the dividing line between the two halves and how the woman in the top right (is she real or an image?) mirrors the woman in the advert on the bottom left.

Hah.. Awesome. It's almost impossible to tell what's a wall picture and what's the "real" deal.
Great frame, very clever work

*gasp* I LOVE this one! The set of three faces and the 9 dots add such an awesome dimension to this. Thanks for taking us there!

yes me too - i love this one! although i don't think we were tiring of the temples. this is so different though and very wonderful. i like that it's hard to tell which person is really there and which ones are advertising. great graphic appeal of those mustard colored squares and black circles as well.

Whether it is under the eaves of a temple or waiting for the train on a platform, you always have an eye to capture the zen essence of being in there. Different backdrop but same feeling. Great shot.
