To Prayer: Saginomori Shrine (鷺森神社のお参りへ)

I've recently borrowed a friend's tripod. I hate to carry photography gear (one camera, one lens) so I've always resisted the tripod. But it has opened up all sorts of possibilities and I'm completely hooked. One thing I especially like is the way you can use long exposures to combine movement with complete stillness, something I was also trying for in yesterday's image.
I am, by the way, glad to take suggestions on which tripod/head you recommend. When my friend returns from his trip I'll have to give up the loan and get my own. Thoughts . . . suggestions . . . ?
