A bit of creepiness coming from beneath the wood deck :) because I see the green net infront of it, perhaps keeping small animals out. Anyhow, the wood grain and lighting is fabulous. There is also this dynamism, like a bolt of lightning, coming from the shadows.

I love photographing shadows because of the sense of recording a unique moment in time, which is something unique to photography - so I really like this because of what it says about time. The textures of the woods are also very lovely.

Beautiful composition and once again a wonderful use of negative space. The triangle of green wire is the perfect touch to enliven and contrast the more neutral and geometric shapes. The slight wave in the floor boards and their texture is also so very good, but most of all I love the space under them.
