Wind

My rather vain attempt at showing the wondrous beauty of wind as it races through a rice field. This will wrap up my rice photos for the time being. I think I posted a few too many. But I'll return when the harvest starts.

Your rice photos are actually some of my favourites of yours. I hope you make prints of some of your shots - if this were mine I would definitely make it into a print.

I love the simplicity here, it really emphasizes the movement...I love seeing the rice fields, since I have never seen one in person :) You have a great way of showing us your main subject without added clutter. Beautifully done!

The wind made me think of the recent typhoon that swept through Taiwan, Japan, and now to China. I think Kyoto is a bit north of the typhoon, but is everything ok with the earthquake?
