On the contrary, I thought this shot has a good depth of field, although maybe if you focused on the foreground it'll be better? Cheers!

I favour this shot to the previous on rice field! This is more complex and also more attractive. (After our trip to Tohoku in mid-June, where we ate very good rice, I coined a new name for rice: ine-kome-gohan! As such it includes all the stages, don't you think so?!)
