Cherry Blossoms, Kodaiji Temple (高台寺の枝垂れ桜)Posted by GJC (Kyoto (京都), Japan) on 11 April 2009 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio. The cherry blossoms are a surprisingly difficult subject: it's hard to take a bad picture of the trees, but it's even harder to take a good one. Here is my attempt to at least avoid a bad picture.

I like what you've done here - having another element in the shot in the bakground to make it about more than the tree.
