Technically not perfect I know, but this is the first moon shot I've ever taken that came out even moderately successful.

Technically perfect would probably not be as good - and this is fantastic, it's the blue of the Moonlight Sonata - that sounds like a cliche and it shouldn't. The silhouetted clouds are so beautiful too.

Looks good to me . . night shots of all kinds are often pot luck, I find, but this comes over real well. Like the sense of drama in it.

Great color and mood. I wish the darker portion has more definition, because it looks like a mountain is hiding in it, but I guess the new moon does not have enough candlelight power to light that area.
