Just gorgeous - what colours...
I'm definitely visiting Japan :) I'm used to seeing hi-tech, ultra modern urban photos of Japan, so these are good to see.

@cat: Thanks so much for your continued visits and comments. I really appreciate them. There are some very high-tech parts of Japan, especially Tokyo, that are very exciting. I can't say, however, that my photos are all that representative of Kyoto, which also has lots of modern places. I just enjoy taking pictures of the older places so it's kind of a biased view. Best would be for you to come to Japan and see for yourself! Lots to enjoy here.

I love looking at the beauty of a country that I will probably never see in person. Thank you for taking me there. The blue haze as the distance increases is so beautiful and it reminds me of the Blue Ridge Mountains here in the eastern U.S.

The framing allows us to have the possibility of flying away, the ground colors are beautiful, but the colors of the sky attract me and invite me to glance through this beautiful landscape Bravo ;)

I have been busy lately and not online as much as I would like. Soon vacation will allow me more time to view photos. I cannot believe I missed this one though. Fantastic! Such a side of Japan that is not widely portrayed.
