Doors

This is my 100th posting! Thanks to all who visit and comment, which has really energized me and kept me going, because you were able to see what I want to communicate -- the quiet moment, the fleeting light, the meditative silence and the jeweled scene. I have enjoyed this blog more than I can say, and to know that people are interested in my work, as I am interested in yours, has been a great inspiration.
So today for the 100th posting, it's doors. Onto how many more views of Kyoto will they open? I hope you'll come back and discover with me.

This one makes me thinkf the gospel words: "Knock and you will be welcomed". The massive wood suggests safety and shelter against threats from outside. Thanks for sharing and CONGRATULATIONS with your 100th picture! I enjoy them very much.
